about / memo
Design with care, curiosity, and context.
I’m Saki, a designer based in Japan and Chief Design Officer at INDIG. I work across branding, web design, UI design, and concept development — turning early ideas into clear, thoughtful digital experiences.
✦ FROM NURSE TO DESIGNER
Before becoming a designer, I worked as a nurse. That background still shapes how I design: with care for clarity, real-world context, and the people who use what I create.
What I Do
not a boring service list ✦
01
Helping companies turn their identity, tone, and story into a clear visual direction.
02
Designing websites and landing pages from concept to launch.
03
Designing clear and usable interfaces that help people understand the value of a service.
04
Turning early, vague ideas into stories, design directions, and experiences.
05
Bringing my nursing background into design, especially for real-world and healthcare-related challenges.
Beyond Design
I split my time between Kobe and Tokyo. Once or twice a year, I take remote-work trips abroad to collect new perspectives from different places. I love photography, travel, nails, Figma, trying new ideas, and joining design events.
